Introducing us, AMG Engineering.
Andrew is a design/manufacturing engineer by trade and has been a vintage tractor enthusiast for many years, starting with a David Brown Cropmaster Diesel at the age of 13. And as we all know, behind every great man is an even greater woman, in this case Joanna. In between research in Protein Science she finds time to organise the paper work and to help with manufacturing. The Leyland 472 was a restoration project for Andrew and his father, and it is because of this tractor that the business came about. The tractor was in poor shape when it landed. The tin work was rotten and we didn't realise just how difficult it was to source high-quality parts for Leyland. So, I set about manufacturing the replacement panels. The rest is they say is history...

AMG recently held a stand at Tractor World 2007, our first trade show. It was wonderful to see so many Leyland enthusiasts from home and abroad visiting the show and bringing with them some first class exhibits. |
